Nerf Battle Party

 

Capture the Flag style battle in a fully air conditioned/heated facility with mats and equipment to use as barriers/shields!

 

·       Price starts at $215.  This includes the first ten children and birthday boy/girl.  $5 a child after the first ten.  Limited to 18 guests total including birthday boy/girl.

·       For ages 6 and up.  We strongly recommend this option for a child turning 7 or older, but children 5 and up can participate at the party.  Children 4 and under are not permitted in the gym area.

·       It is a 2 hour party.  The first 1.5 hours are in the gym hosted by two trained instructors.  The last ½ hour is in the party room hosted by the parent.  This time set up is strictly followed and important for our set up and clean up procedures. 

·       Our party room has three 8’ tables, 25 chairs, a refrigerator, and a microwave.  We do not provide anything else for your time in the party room. Everything else in the party room is provided by the hosting party. 

·       *The first 45 minutes of gym time are for the children only.  If adults would like to play, they are welcomed in for the second 45 minutes.  Adults participating must complete a waiver and wear protective eyewear.

·       Trampoline and pit are covered and not used during the Nerf Battle parties. 

·       We provide the darts: Come EMPTY.   The guests or party host provides the guns and protective eyewear.  On your invitations, be sure to list guests should bring their own nerf gun (empty, no darts) and protective eyewear.  We strongly suggest the party host brings a couple extra guns and eyewear in case anyone forgets.  We do have one extra set if needed. 

·       Everyone in the gym must wear protective eyewear at all times.  No shoes in the gym area.  Socks and/or bare feet are both acceptable. 

·        Party is two hours. We allow for a 15 minute set up and 15 minute clean up before and after your time slot. We do host multiple parties in one day and hold to this schedule. It is important for our set up and clean up procedures. 

·        The release waiver will be sent in a separate email. Everyone participating that day must have one completed.  We found the easiest way to make this happen is for you to include it with your invitations.

·        You pay in full the day of the party. We accept cash or check to Lindsey’s Tumbling School. Your final total is calculated that day by the instructor and is based on the number of children that attend that day. I usually email the Wednesday before to review details and confirm your estimated number of guests attending. We need to know at the time of booking if it is a nerf party to ensure trained instructors are at your party. Requesting this option after booking may not be possible.

 

 

What to expect the day of the party:

Party host can arrive 15 minutes prior for set up.  Guests will wait in the waiting and party rooms until start time.  Children will enter the gym at start time.  Instructors will go over the main rules of play.  First activity is a practice battle round to ensure children understand the rules.  The children will then break to collect darts and go over the ‘Capture the Flag’ game rules.  Each team will have time to set up the mats and hide their flag.  Children will play until a flag is found/returned to post and/or until instructors feel a break is needed to collect darts.  Room lighting is used to help get the attention of the guests.  After children spend 45 minutes in the gym playing, adults will be welcomed in to play the second 45 minutes.  (This is only an option and not required.  Different parties/ages/children expect different things at their parties.  This option is available if interested.)  Additional Capture the Flag games will be played if time allows.  Children/guests enter the party room for the last 30 minutes of the party.  You will have 15 minutes after your end time to exit the party room.
